C/R: Prof. Richard Asiedu & NDC Executives Storm Funeral Grounds of Nana Quarm,Father of Johnathan Quarm

The Able Central Regional chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)Hon. Prof. Richard Kofi Aseidu stormed Gomoa Abrekum to commiserate with comrade Jonatan Quarm on the untimely demise of his father Nana Quarm of Gomoa Abrekum.

Nana Quarm’s funeral came off yesterday, Saturday 11th March 2023 at Gomoa Abrekum and many NDC Executives stormed the ground to pay their last respect to the deceased.

The Central Regional chairman was greeted with a rousing welcome by the party faithfuls who cheered and sung NDC song to warmly welcome the leader of the party in the Central Region.

Prof. Asiedu was occompanied to the funeral with the regional organizer in the person chief Mike Dery, Gomoa west Member of Parliament Hon. Richard Gyan, constituency chairman Alhaji Kassim with his vice chairman and other executives, constituency chairman for Agona west Alex serkome with his executives were also present parliamentary aspirant for Agona west Hon William Assomaning and former parliamentary aspirants for Agona west Paul ofori Amoah were all present to pay their last respects to Nana Quarm who until his demise was a staunch NDC member and a leading member in Agona west constituency.

Some NDC party members in their Party colours exhibited dancing skills to make the occasion a success. The love for the party was so strong and impregnable as even in opposition people met the Regional Chairman and Party Executives in grand style, indeed the euphoria was tremendously awesome.

His industrious Son Jonathan quarm who contested for constituency treasurer in Agona west but lost has also been a party member from his youthful days.

After donations were made the Regional chairman met the branch executives of Gomoa Abrekum and had a closed doors discussions with them and also charged them to preach the gospel of achievements of the NDC in their branches.

He urged the party members especially the delegates to vote massively for John Mahama become the flagbearer and lead the party to victory come 2024 elections.

The branch executives and ward coordinators couldn’t hide their excitement to have the opportunity to meet the Regional chairman and other Executives.

Pictures were taken with the Regional Chairman’s entourage to show how the Spirit of NDC has been resurrected going into 2024 polls.

The branch executives also pledged their unflinching support for the regional chairman and promised to work assiduously for the NDC and make sure they achieve the agenda 99.9% votes for JDM in the Central Region.

Mr Jonathan Quarm the bereaved took the opportunity to shower praises admiration to the regional chairman and his team and also the executives of Gomoa west and Agona west for their massive support during this hard times in the fig of his father’s funeral.

He used the occasion to also propagate the good works of NDC, adding that he will embark on serious campaign for the party to reclaim power and rescue the country from the hands of the clueless NPP administration.
