.Year Of Roads: Govt to Provide 1 Grader, 1 Pin Loader, 1 Roller, 2 Tipper Truck, 1 Water tanker For Every Constituency – Chairman Wontumi Reveals

According to the Ashanti Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, the initiative is aimed at boosting roads network in every constituency of the country.
In an exciting announcement, Chairman Wontumi revealed that the machines are almost ready for distribution and will reshape major roads most especially the rural communitiesThis news was disclosed in an interview on Kumasi based Wontumi TV.

He indicated that, government has put measures in place to commence the “Year of roads” policy beyond cities and district capitals.

Commenting on the year of roads policy, the Ashanti Regional Chairman mentioned that, when this machines are distributed effectively, it would contribute to the improvement of good roads network across the country.

“The vice president, Dr Bawumia said, the major complains he had throughout his campaign is bad roads, as a result, the president and his vice have made known its intention to provide each Constituency; one grader, one pin loader, one roller, two tipper truck, one water tanker. From today to elections and beyond, every single road in Ghana will get a facelift even if it’s not asphaltic it’ll be better than before”
