Oppong Nkrumah Family donates to Nsawam Prisons

This morning, the Oppong Nkrumah Family and the people of Ofoase/Ayirebi donated medicines, assorted food items and necessities to the Nsawam Prison in the Eastern Region.

Lawyer Abena Oppong Nkrumah, who led in the delivery of items, asked the authorities to take this as a modest contribution towards the well-being of inmates.

The donation coincided with the 41st birthday of the MP for Ofoase/Ayirebi and Minister for Information, Mr Kojo Oppong Nkrumah. Last year, the family made a similar donation to The Good Shepherd Development Outreach, an orphanage in Akwatia, on his 40th birthday.
