Your failure to crack the whip has made you unpopular – Kweku Yeboah tells Akufo-Addo

Renowned Sports Journalist, Dan Kweku Yeboah has indicated that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s inability to crack the whip has made his government unpopular.
On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Sarah Adwoa Safo rendered an unqualified apology in a video to Ghanaians for her untoward behaviour.
She indicated that she had issues with her family that needed her attention, hence her decision to leave her position as Minister and Member of Parliament for a year.
But reacting to the video, Dan Kweku Yeboah observed that such things are happening in the Akufo-Addo-led government because of the President’s failure to crack the whip.
“People are angry with Akufo-Addo’s government because of his inability to crack the whip. The President should have galvanized the Majority in Parliament so she would be removed from Office.
Some of these things are the reason why people see only the negatives in his government and not the good things his leadership has brought to the country,” he said.
To him, Adwoa Safo will be shown the exit from Parliament with the kind of disrespect she displayed to the people of Ghana.
