VIDEO: Tamale Radio Presenter punished to frog jump for criticizing Chief’s Palace

MyNewsGh.com has intercepted a video in which a renowned Actor cum Radio presenter, known as Dakoli, has been punished and made to frog jump for criticising the Gulkpe Naa’s palace in Tamale in the Northern region.

The viral video circulating social media showed the renowned actor being punished at Gulkpe Naa’s place amidst insulting comments from his punishers

The famous actor was seen pulling his ears and jumping from one corner to the other as a form of punishment for disrespecting the Gulkpe Naa palace on a radio program.

The actor is said to have stated that chiefs in the region defend criminals in the region to perpetrate crimes on ordinary citizens.

“A well-known criminal in Tamale robbed my colleague actor at gunpoint and seized his motorbike but later someone saw the stolen motorbike with the said criminal and the case was reported at the Shishegu Chief place, Sagnarigu and Gulkpe Naa palace. When the owner came with the documents of the motorbike till date the palace refused to hand over the motorbike to him even though he presented the documents and key of the motorbike”.

“Even at the police station when you can prove with your documents and everything, they will hand over the motorbike to you so why is the palace refusing to hand over the motorbike to the owner”. He asked

He alleged that the young men at the Gulkpe Naa’s palace are using the motorbike as their means of transport and have refused to hand over the motorbike to the legitimate owner.

“Dagbon is losing its value because of issues like this, our ancestors have always stood for the truth, but our leaders today do not speak the truth just because when they do that they will go hungry”. He claimed.

MyNewsGh.com is told this angered the palace and as a result, he was summoned and asked to perform the frog jumps as punishment for a show of disrespect.
