‘Stop Holding Yourself As Amankrado’ – Kue Kingdom Warns Sakibu Ateku Afora

The Kue Kingdom says one Sakibu Ateku Afora who carries himself as Amankrado of Kue community is not the Amankrado of the area.
The Kue Kingdom in a statement, disclosed that self imposed Amankrado is fuelling conflict in the area.
Kue is a rural community in the Nkwanta South Municipality of the Oti Region
The creation of intra family insecurity, conflicts, and divisions within and among the Adele-Akyode Traditional Areas, particularly Nkwanta which has become a den for the deadly chieftaincy conflicts and land ownership in the area.
The statement signed by the public relations officer of Kue Kingdom, S.K Karim Edasor-Dale expresses worries about how Sakibu Ateku is championing conflict in the Nkwanta-Kue jurisdictions.
Their call follows a press conference that is yet to be staged by Ateku tomorrow

The attention of Kue Kingdom a has been drawn to a publication circulation on social media inviting Tem-kotokoli citizens to a press conference on 22hd December, 2023 at International Press Center by a self-proclaimed amankrado of Kue Sakibu Ateku Afora in relation to recent clashes in Nkwanta municipal of OTI region and the claim of Kue by Akyode.
The overlord of Tem-kotokoli Ghana, Wuro Dauda Tchedre Brenai I| chief of Kue in Nkwanta Municipal, OT region wishes to inform the general public and all Tem-Kotokoli citizens that he has not appointed anyone as amankrado in his cabinet or council and therefore distances himself from any statement or implications of such conference.
Moreover, the self-proclaimed amankrado Sakibu Ateku Afora is not a Kue royal, does not live in Kue nor holding any position/title in Kue stool and therefore has no authority or legal right to act on behalf of Kue Kingdom. We are under Akyode traditional council and the Akyodes have never claimed our hometown as being speculated by the so called amankrado. The Overload calls on everyone to disregard such press conference.
A press conference will be organized in due course to clear the mind of the general public and particularly Tem Kotokolis about their hometown Kue stool affairs.
