Audio: Selfish, Self-Centered Ashanti MP’s Doesn’t Care About Ashanti Region, Just Their Stomach And Family – Owusu Afriyie lambasted

NPP leading member in the United State, Mr Owusu Afriyie, has labelled member of parliaments in the Ashanti Region as ‘self-centered and selfish’ stating that the latter only bothers about the welfare of themselves and family and not Kumasi and Ashanti Region.

Comparing the development in Ahanti Region and the Northern Region over the years, He questioned the Ashanti Regional Minister Simon Osei Mensah and the entire MP’s willpower to lobby for development, implement policies and make life beneficial for the people of Ashanti.

“Asanteman has been cheated for so long, we contribute to Ghana’s GDP about 35% but northing good is going on in Ashanti Region because Akufo-Addo and Bawumia has bribed the MP’s so cannot complain. The regional Minister always react to irrelevant issues instead of making follow ups on projects. Napo, Mensah Bonsu, are you happy with what you see”

“The MP’s have been disgraced, they only have good plans and wisdom for their families and pockets, they are self-centered and selfish”, he added.

Mr Owusu also lambasted the vice president, Dr Bawumia and his cronies for what he says are ‘Money conscious’ targeted at sabotaging Alan Kyeremten in the NPP primaries.

Owusu Afiyie who finds his posturing outrageous noted that the regional minister and others are bent on destroying the good vision of the former trade minister, Alan Kyerematen.

“Ashanti MP’s motivation is to destroy their own but trust me Alan will become Ghana’s president.” he said.
