The New Patriotic Party(NPP) Vetting Committee Chairman, Kwdawo Afari, has exposed the Bimbilla parliamentary aspirant, Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Zaruk.
According to him, the aspirant admitted during the vetting that he did not sign some portions of the forms submitted as claimed on social media.
“The aspirant Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Zaruk came before the committee and admitted he didn’t file his forms properly and we were willing to allow him file the forms properly but his attitude after the vetting shows that he is not willing to be a good party person and he also admitted that the forms he showed to the media was a rough work he did on the forms but he aimed to transfer the rough work onto the main forms so he admitted and apologized to the committee”. He revealed.
The Vetting Committee Chairman described the aspirant as a liar and asked him to apologize to the party for disgracing the party on social media.
“Whether you are the one who posted the documents on social media or not, I can’t trust you because you have spoken about these documents with the media so I’m free to call you a liar so admit that you were wrong”.
The Bimbilla Parliamentary aspirant, Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Zaruk, admitted at the vetting that he did not sign the contractual agreement part of the forms and apologized to the vetting committee.
“I agree that I did not sign the contractual agreement part of the forms so I am sorry”. He however denied knowing anything about the forms leaking on social media
“The documents on social media I have no knowledge about it so I’m sorry but I didn’t lie”. He pleaded.
The New Patriotic Party(NPP) Vetting Committee Chairman, Kwadwo Afari, is yet to state whether the aspirant Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Zaruk has been disqualified or not.
