The Parliamentary candidate Hopeful for the Dormaa Central constituency, Hon. Gorden Asubonteng popularly known as Asuo has established that his credibility and track records as far as developmental projects are concerned shall win him the Dormaa Central parliamentary seat in both the internal and general elections.
He noted that his contributions to the development of the Dormaa Central constituency as far back from 2013 to 2017 when he served as a Municipal Chief Executive is unequivocal because his outfit in tight collaboration with the then President John Mahama ensure the construction of about 25 projects under the education sector, CHIPs compound, and other health-related projects under the health sector, rehabilitation of death trap Dormaa central market which has now been an ultramodern market with over 140 lockable stores which promote market activities in the municipality adding that several water and sanitation projects were also constructed hence his 4years as MCE ensure each sector of development achieves what it suppose to achieve.
Hon. Gorden Asubonteng who has filled his nomination forms for Dormaa Central NDC parliamentary primaries explained his contribution to the NDC party indicating that he served in the NDC from 2013 to 2017 as Dormaa Central Municipal Chief Executive where the support of the then President John Mahama and chiefs of Dormaa Ahenkro augment his abilities to facilitate development for his constituents.
Speaking in an interview with High Radio’s Kwaku Mensah Abrampa, he disclosed that he has since stayed in Dormaa Ahenkro after his mandate as MCE elapses which he has contributed immensely to ensure the needed support is provided to the needy there for his hard work will dully secure his victory over his contestants.
The parliamentary candidate nominee is optimistic about winning the primaries and subsequently, the parliamentary seat from the NPP stressing that he believes in the party delegates in his constituency because members of the NDC are not into deliberations and contemplations but ensure that projects-oriented personality is given the nod to serve hence his track records under his 4-year tenure as MCE and what he has contributed to Dormaa enclaves outside politics denotes that his chances of winning the primaries are opulently assured.
