Samuel Koku Anyidoho, former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has lambasted Sam Nartey George, Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo Prampram, for levelling religious-based accusations against Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

“These young boys, who have no idea how we won power, have joined the party and are now pushing John Mahama to the pitch,” he stated in an interview with Okay FM.

Sam George recently referred to Bawumia as a “religious prostitute,” claiming that he publicly engages with churches and mosques solely for political gain. These remarks were delivered on November 7 during the Good Morning Ghana broadcast on Accra-based Metro TV.

Koku Anyidoho expressed his displeasure with Sam George’s words, underlining that it is not Sam George’s responsibility to judge.
