If Mahama says 24- hour economy can work, he should just point one institution in any of the 275 Constituencies that can operate 3 times a day- David Boakye

Bono regional secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), David Boakye has challenged former president, John Dramani Mahama to point an institution in the 275 Constituencies that can operate for 24 hours.

In his view, over 175 Constituencies in the nation cannot run 3 times shift.

John Mahama launched his youth manifesto at UPSA on 11th August, 2024.

Voicing his concern on Mahama’s 24 -hour economy, he emphatically stated that, the policy would not thrive.

“If you look at our population, the youth has the greatest number. Let me ask John Mahama, if we are to profile our Constituencies from 1 to 275, and look at the last 100, the NDC has about 75 seats.
He should just show one company that can run 3 times a day”

“When you come to Bono East, the extreme constituency is Sene East. Their capital is Kajaji. If you visit the place at 6pm, you cannot return home because no vehicle works at that time. So now, tell me how can a company run 3 times shift in such community ” he explained.
