The people of Asokore in the Bekwai constituency were overjoyed as the NPP PC, Lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei, commissioned a water project in the hometown of independent candidate, Lawyer Amofa. The project, which was completed in record time, has brought fresh, clean water to the people of the community, who had long suffered from a lack of access to this basic necessity.

The commissioning of the water project by Lawyer Ralph had exposed Mr. Amofa’s weakness and raised questions about his ability to lead and deliver on his promises. while the people of the community (Asokore) are celebrating this new development, opinion leaders in the community are pointing to the project as a stark reminder of Mr. Amofa’s lack of network and influence. Despite being from the community, Mr. Amofa was unable to secure the necessary funding and support to bring such a project to fruition.

“This is a clear indication that Mr. Amofa is not connected to the people and cannot deliver on his promises,” said Fred Nkansah, NPP organizer for Bekwai. “If he was able to bring such a project to his own hometown, it would have been a testament to his ability to lead and deliver. But the fact that he was unable to do so speaks volumes about his lack of network, vision and influence.”

“Bekwai deserves a leader who can deliver on their promises,” said Lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei. “I’m proud to have brought this water project to Asokore, and I look forward to continuing to serve their needs.”

The people of Bekwai are indeed fortunate to have a leader like Lawyer Ralph, who has demonstrated his ability to lead and deliver on his promises. As for Mr. Amofa, only time will tell if he can recover from this blow to his credibility.

“I’m so grateful to Ralph for bringing us this water project,” said one resident. “It’s clear that Amofa was all talk and no action.”
