Bawumia’s Address Has Sent Shivers Down The Spine Of NDC – Lawyer Obiri Boahen

Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen, an activist for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has cautioned the critics of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) Presidential Candidate to stop engaging in cheap politics against him following his Bold Decision for Ghana’s Future address.

According to Lawyer Obiri Boahen, those criticizing Dr Bawumia are engaging in low cost politics saying the Vice President was bold to announce Bold Decisions for Ghana’s future.

In an interview on Wontumi TV and Radio he said Dr Bawumia’s critics are committing a blunder for attacking him on his announcement to cancel the controversial Electronic Transaction Levy popularly known as E-Levy, Tax on Betting and VAT on Electricity and the Emission Tax if elected as President.

“They are saying he has betrayed President Akufo-Addo why should they also not say Nana B has also betrayed the government when he called on the government to cancel the VAT on electricity. I won’t dwell much on Bawumia’s critics because some people no matter what you do they will criticize you,” he told Oheneba Nana Asiedu in Twi.
