The Youth organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the United State of America (USA), Danny Opoku Antwi has said the Vice president of Ghana Dr Mahamadu Bawumia has putting Ghana on the Global map through digitalization which will go a long way to help bridge the digital divide for others who are not digitally incline and making the system transparent.
He added that Ghana’s achievement in the past years on digital transformation, as well as measures laid down by the Government for future practice put the country in a better shape to become digital gateway to the continent.
He made this known when the second lady of the republic Samira bawumia tours the Ashanti Region to connect with delegates and encourage them to continue supporting the party through unity and also to vote for the vice president come November 4.
Danny Opoku Antwi who’s also the General Secretary for Diaspora for Bawumia in the state said “those of us outside Ghana believes that the vice president Dr Bawumia has brought Europe to Ghana, at first when a patient visits the hospital and been transferred it goes with files and some documentations but through Bawumia we now have one database that contains all your information electronically the that hospital without any challenges. Additionally, the introduction of E-Pharmacy has made it easy to to buy drugs at affordable prices, digital way of renewing health insurance, electricity bills, Ghana card, digital address system and many others that makes us to enjoy life in the state so with all this we believe when given the opportunity he’ll deliver”
“He can unite our party and he has proven to all NPP members that he’s ready to lead the party, more intelligent and has more experience from JA Kufour and Akufo-Addo. From religion to where he is coming from will help NPP to get more votes in 2024”
Danny Opoku Antwi also called for support from delegates to push the agenda of the vice president to lead the party.
