After AFCON Travels humiliation, One-Man supporter switches allegiance, joins NDC

Ghana’s One Man Supporter, Abraham Boakye, says he has crossed carpet to the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

He says he reached this decision after the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government and the Sports Minister decided to humiliate him.

Abraham Boakye who has always been with the Black Stars during tournaments says he was not given the opportunity by the Sports Minister and other persons in charge, indicating that it has been a disgrace to his personal brand built all these years.

“I’ve joined the NDC. I joined the NDC since the current government decided to disgrace me. BBC and Aljazeera called me that they wanted to interview me but it wasn’t possible. The government took 2000 supporters to Cote D’Ivoire so if I’m still in Ghana then it is a shame to me that the government I’ve supported all these years will do this to me,” he said.
