Running mate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has urged the people of Ghana to choose John Dramani Mahama as leader of the country in the 2024 election.
She bases her plea to the people on the fact that John Dramani Mahama is not known to be a liar and will serve the people of Ghana diligently.
Apart from not being a liar, she indicates that the former President who was rejected by the people of Ghana in 2016 and 2020, cares about the country and is a forward-looking person who believes in building a better Ghana for all.
Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang who made this known in a post shared via social media after her engagements in the Atwima Kwahoma constituency in the Ashanti Region said “On the 30th of October 2024, as part of my tour of the Ashanti Region, I attended a community engagement at Trede in the Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency. I paid courtesy calls on the chiefs and elders in the community and informed them about the NDC’s clarion call for all and sundry to help build the Ghana we want together.
Speaking at the function, the PC for the Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency, Grace Agyemang Asamoah encouraged the party members to continue their door-to-door campaign to win the elections. The Regional Chairman advised the constituents to work together to win the elections. He pleaded with them to avoid petty squabbles that distract from their goal of winning the elections.
In my address, I implored the audience to always examine the characteristics of our flag bearer, HE John Dramani Mahama, to rediscover a man who respects people regardless their social or or any standing , does not lie to them, thinks ahead and truly cares about the country. I’m
I assured our supporters that we can win the elections if we are united in purpose and focus. I reminded them that we vote because we want development, and so if they have voted for the same party for so long and have not seen any development in their constituency, then perhaps, it is time to vote for change.
With my team and I at the rally were the Regional Chairman, the PC for the constituency, Grace Agyemang Asamoah, and other regional, constituency and Branch executives.
