The western regional Communication’s Director for the new Patriotic Party (NPP),Hon. Issah Fuseini indicated that the his party are better managers of the Ghana’s Economy than all Past governments.

According to him, the data clearly shows that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo’s administration has introduced policies and programs geared towards improving the living standard of Ghanaians , reaffirming that he has performed creditably in all sectors of economy than past and successive governments.

Mr Fuseini added that, Akuffo Addo has increased the salaries of workers to make the living conditions better for the working populace.

He said though the prices of goods have skyrocketed ,so increasing salaries of workers to balance the equation and improve their standard of living is immeasurable and on the right part.

He said, even in the president’s worst moment when Covid 19 hit the country, teachers were enjoying horny with the cost of living allowance (COLA). ,They requested in addition to the GHC 1200 professional allowance was granted, this shows that Akuffo Addo is a listening president.

“Even in covid period during the lockdown, government was paying teachers.” he said

He further detailed that, the Volta region has been the NPP’s water loot spot over the years when it comes to Elections but through the party’s policies the NPP is gradually gaining grounds in the volta region.

He said the NPP have also targeted increasing votes in the various constituencies in the upcoming elections in the area, adding that though the Volta region isn’t their strong hold ,the government hasn’t relaxed on giving them their share of the national cake.

He noted that, the NDC is using propaganda to ruin down the performance of NPP which is undemocratic. He said Ghanaians should be vigilant and decode any NDC campaign message which seeks to dent the credibility of Akuffo and image of the NPP administration.

He therefore appealed to Ghanaians to vote for the Flagbearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the next general elections to continue the good works the party has undertaken.
