We have jobs for the boys- Chairman Wontumi asserts

The Ashanti regional chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Bosiako says, the NPP will create more jobs for unemployed youths, if it retains power on December 7.

He is of the concern that, the flagbearer of the party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia possess a vision that can address unemployment in the country.

Speaking in a town hall meeting with members of the NPP, a branch at Canada, on 26th May, 2024, Chairman Wontumi attributed the country’s economic woes to Covid 19 and the Russia-Ukraine war.

“We are all aware of the changes that emerged worldwide as a result of Covid 19 and the Russia-Ukraine war. In all these, I can boldly say that Ghana is better. At least, we have peace and we also have jobs for the boys ” he stressed.

He finally stated that, Dr. Bawumia will employ more youths if he is given the mandate in the upcoming election.
