2024 Elections: Bawumia may win all regions except Volta Region – Miracles Aboagye

According to Aboagye, Bawumia’s track record in fulfilling the NPP’s promises to voters should secure victory for him in all parts of Ghana other than the Volta Region

The communications director for the Bawumia campaign, Dennis “Miracles” Aboagye has expressed optimism that the 2024 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Mahamudu Bawumia, will secure a resounding victory in the December elections.

According to Aboagye, Bawumia’s track record in fulfilling promises to the electorate is poised to secure him a win in all regions of the country except the Volta Region.

“There are some areas that you expect Bawumia to win that he may not win, but cumulatively by the time you put [all] 38,622 polling stations [together], by the time you put it together, Dr Bawumia will win,” Aboagye told the Asaase Breakfast Show on Monday (6 May).

“You know why? Because each of these polling stations has its specific needs, and [with] a majority of them, the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government has met their needs – and the rest that they have not been able to meet, they believe that there is hope in Dr Bawumia,” he told the ABS host Benjamin Offei-Addo.

Aboagye added, “In Ghana, it has been proven that you can win [power with] eight out of ten [old] regions. Dr Mahamudu Bawumia can win all the regions except the Volta Region.”
